Buff: A person who is well-informed of an activity or subject.

Bluff Buff: A group of people who are well-informed about Bluffton’s past, present, and future; who are involved in protecting, preserving, and promoting the area’s cultural heritage and history through learning, sharing, enjoying, and contributing.
